Do you have dummy content included?

Demo content is included with Shoptimizer so you can have a beautiful website set up in minutes. Demo data product images are not included, as you would just end up replacing them anyway.

Do I get free updates?

Yes – Shoptimizer comes with 1-year one-click automatic and pain-free updates.

Does Shoptimizer support RTL languages?

Yes! It includes an RTL stylesheet so your store will look great!

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Our goal is to always be fair and reasonable. Our refund policy isn’t any different: 10-days no questions asked. If you’re unhappy with the theme you bought just drop us a note and we’ll take care of you.

What’s the license for your themes?

All of our themes are licensed under GPLv2 (or later).

Can I use my theme on multiple sites?

The GPLv2 (or later) license lets you use the theme on as many sites as you wish, but please bear in mind that your purchase (license) entitles you to support on one site. If you wish to avail of support on multiple sites, you’ll need a separate license for each site.

Can I have one-click automatic updates on multiple sites?

No. Only the domain registered within the Subscriptions section of your Account will have access to automatic updates. For every other site you’d need to update manually. Or, buy individual licences. Each licence enables access to automatic updating from one domain.

I don’t have access to one-click automatic updates.

Buyers who purchased Shoptimizer prior to 25 Nov 2019 don’t have access to these. Updating manually will work perfectly.

For anyone who purchased since this date, you can ensure that you have one-click automatic updates by entering the domain you’re using in the Subscriptions section of My Account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Within the Subscriptions section of My Account, there’s a toggle where you can turn off automatic renewals.

What happens if I turn it off?

You won’t have access to one-click automatic updates. Only active subscriptions have this feature. You can still update the theme manually.

What happens if I don’t have an active subscription?

Once 12 months have elapsed from date of purchase, if you have not renewed, you won’t have access to theme support and theme updates. The theme will still work but there may be crucial updates which you won’t have access to without an active subscription.

Is Elementor a requirement to use Shoptimizer?

No. Shoptimizer uses the Elementor page builder for three pages within its demo data; the homepage, about, and contact pages. But you could just as easily use any other page builder to create those, for example, Beaver Builder, Breakdance, WPBakery, or the native block editor.

Is it allowed to customize a theme?

Yes, all of our themes are licensed under GPLv2 (like WordPress itself) so you can customize them with no restrictions.

Does Shoptimizer work with Shopify?

No. It only works with WooCommerce.

How will I know when updates are available?

We recommend keeping an eye on the changelog page. For instructions on updating to the latest version, see this guide.

I have purchased Shoptimizer but I haven’t received the download link.

You receive your purchase email when the payment has been finalized. Usually this happens almost instantly but sometimes it can take a few minutes. If it is longer than that pop us an email and we will check things out for you.

Can I move my theme to another domain?

Yes – you are allowed to move your theme as many times as you want. Just update the domain it’s used on within the Subscriptions section of My Account.

What are the hosting requirements?

PHP version 7.3.33 or greater and MySQL version 5.6 or greater as well as at least 64MB of available memory.

Will any hosting provider keep me and my site happy?

We code our themes to be the fastest they can be. But we can only go so far. We can’t make up for a slow server or a bloated hosting environment. Like always in life, you get what you pay for.

Do you recommend any web hosting services?

Is my site secure with your theme?

We’re committed to making and keeping our themes as secure as we possibly can. You can count on us to fix any issues that might arise in the shortest time possible.

What payment types do you accept?

You can buy Shoptimizer directly from us using your PayPal account, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX cards.

Will your themes run on latest version of WordPress?

All of our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Are your themes compatible with “X” plugin?

There are thousands of third-party plugins available, thus we cannot guarantee that all of these plugins will be compatible with our themes, but most plugins should work fine.

Do I need Elementor Pro to use this theme?

No, you do not. Shoptimizer utilizes the free version of Elementor for a small number of pages within the demo data. We actually recommend not using the Pro version of Elementor as it can break many third-party WooCommerce plugins.

Which browsers and browser versions do you test the themes on?

Our themes are tested on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Every theme sold on CommerceGurus has a fully functional live demo running the latest stable version of WordPress which can be tested at will.

Are the themes search engine optimized?

Yes. By its nature, WordPress is a very SEO friendly platform. We have made extra steps with to maximize SEO potential, such as the proper usage and placement of the title, excerpts, headings and valid code. In addition, third-party plugins can easily be added to further increase Search Engine Optimization.

Can you help with specific customizations not available within the theme options?

For small CSS tweaks we’ll try and help. If there are significant changes you want to make we recommend the guys at Codeable for customization requests.

Do you send support replies on weekends?
